Inspect the TxPool

View pending and queued txpool transactions from txpool_content.

Use txpool inspect to see the pending and queued transactions currently visible through a Reth node’s txpool_content RPC method.

Create a Queued Transaction

Send a normal nonce-0 transaction:

Then skip nonce 1 and submit nonce 2:

The second command can wait and eventually return:

Error: transaction was not confirmed within the timeout

That is expected for this example: the transaction can sit in the queued subpool because nonce 1 is missing.

Next Steps

inspect is intentionally a raw pool view. Use Sender, Nonce Gaps, Fees, Replacement, Duplicates, or Stats when you want the same snapshot grouped or analyzed. Use Watch when you want to compare snapshots over time.
